Description
This study aims to determine the dynamics of women farmers groups in managing the economic activity in Rural Java focused on the local food processing industry. This industry is one of the uniqueness that exists in Indonesia because it has succeeded in running a profitable business by involving active participation of members of the local society. Women as members must carry out both roles simultaneously, so that there can be overlapping in their daily activities. Thus, the research will answer this question: How do group dynamics work in the women farmers group in Rural Java through understanding the individual level and group relationship? This research will be conducted purposively in a group of women farmers in Rural Java. Data will be gathered by give in-depth attention to an issue or case, and pay attention to related data; through in-depth interviews, both in invidual and groups (FGD), observations, and biographical methods
