Description
The aim of the project is to provide insights in higher-value valorisation of residual flows (secondary resources / surplus food) in the food supply chain, focusing on the out-of-home sectors and supermarkets/wholesale. Also, the barriers, seen from the business / supply chain / policy (incl. legislative, both NL and EU) perspective will be investigated, as well as how to remove them.
