Sustainability and behavioural economics in the food supply chain

Global challenges such as climate change require drastic transitions in our food system which are largely dependent on the behaviour of individuals. The project will combine aspects of sustainability research and behavioural economics to contribute to a better understanding of individual decisions made by various actors in the food supply chain.
