Standardised R-protocol for spatial and temporal analysis of survey data for general use (KB-24-002-035)

For the sustainable exploitation of natural resources, and spatial planning of multiple use in the marine environment, information on the distribution and abundance of marine species is essential. Most distribution and abundance estimates are based on survey data, and such data are often sparse in space and time. In this project a protocol will be developed to analyse such data using state-of-the-art statistical techniques.
