Description
The models and methods developed can be used to improve our knowledge of target strength for a number of different species (some with significant commercial value). These measurements may then be used to estimate the distribution and abundance of the study species. The results from the study will contribute to future studies and provides us with an important stepping stone to better understanding the acoustic properties of important fish species.
