Description
There is an urgent need to support intermediate vegetation mapping & monitoring with UAVs. This is due to nature policy requirements (e.g. PAS regeling) that urge for higher monitoring frequencies than nature conservation agencies are used to. However to this day, the use of UAVS for amongst others Natura 2000 monitoring and reporting is still very limited. Information from UAVs could support current vegetation mapping practices to a large extent.
