Project Details
Description
Food production can have negative environmental impacts. This causes costs not reflected in the retail prices, and thus hidden from consumers. This project aims to obtain insight into the impact of sustainability information and informational arrangements on consumers' food purchase behaviour and seeks to contribute to effective informational governance arrangements that reduce the negative environmental impact of food consumption.
