Description

- EU QA4ECV project: - Multi-sensor (OMI, GOME-2) and multi-species (NO2, HCHO) quality assessment of improved spectral fitting algorithms from EU (QA4ECV) and NASA: intercomparison, uncertainty characterization, trend analysis. - Application of QA4ECV improved retrieval algorithm for NO2 over the Netherlands: evaluation against ground-based observations and emission inventories, spatiotemporal and seasonal trend variability analysis, investigation of atmospheric composition and chemical regime shifts. - China-EU Dragon-4 project: - Qualitative characterization of emission sources and their spatiotemporal patterns in China based on multi-species (NO2, SO2) satellite observations: evaluation against emission inventories and land-cover reports.
