Portfolio van beloften: managen van deelinnovaties (KB-16-002.02-003, KB-07-008-007)

Sustainability transitions are based on development of new knowledge and experience. That knowledge is being developen both in research projects and practical experiments of novelties by innovators. To effectively manage the transition needed results of both research and practice need to be analysed coherently.

In 2013 the Portfolio of Promises-methodology will be developed further to be able to use it as a research tool and innovation practices, to analyse innovative developments systematically.It is possible to identify blank spots of policies or smart combinations of novelties. This is important, since historical analyses show that transitions are a long process of combining and recombining innovations. Also we will work on embedding the method with stakeholders in the transition arena.
