Ontwikkeling plantgezondheidsfonds (BO-33.05-002-001)

In this project risk analyses have been executed at crop and sector level for infestation with quarantine organisms in greenhouse horticulture for case crops and case organisms. Data have been gathered on the base of databases and estimations by experts. Calculations have been executed with the chain risk model. Results have been extrapolated to all quarantine organisms and crops in greenhouse horticulture. Furthermore calculations have been made about the potential establishment of a plant health fund: per crop or per sector, per chain links or all chain link (propagation and cultivation of end product). Finally calculations have been made about the division of costs for public and private participants dependent on the garantuees made by the government
