On the development of a theory on activism, artistic and social transformation in performative sociology

This project-based PhD explores the intersections of visual sociology and performative sociology, focusing on the performativity of political and artistic actions. It examines how these performative dimensions intertwine within sociological spaces, analyzing the formation of communities and identities. The research investigates the politics of identity, community, and performativity, unpacking their dynamics and exploring how they shape and are shaped by sociopolitical and artistic practices.
