Odour Based Selective Recognition of Veterinary Diseases (OBSeRVeD)

In this project we will develop an early warning system for poultry infections and infestations, based on specific odours. We shall try to develop a so-called electronic nose sensor system that can pick up these smells. After determinign the relation between poultry health and teh related odours, we shall use intelligent data processing schemes, to link the measured smells to the health of the poultry population.
