The Ministry of Economic Affairs has asked Wageningen Economic Research (hereafter WECR) to support the determination of the national strategy for the school regulation.

The objectives of this project are:
1. Support from the Ministry of Economic Affairs with discussion tools with which the brainstorming session with stakeholders about the national strategy can be implemented in a targeted manner.
2. Determining indicators that can measure the extent to which the objective set by the Schools is achieved
3. Development of a questionnaire for the measurement that provides input to the national strategy and also serves as the starting point for the five annual evaluation, and implementation of the (i) e measurement on the aforementioned indicators.

The research questions are therefore:
a. With which discussion tools can the Ministry of Economic Affairs fill in the brainstorming session with stakeholders?
b. Which indicators can measure the extent to which the objective of the school regulation is achieved?
c. What is the current situation with regard to the objective of the new school regulation?
