Mosselhangcultures in windparken (HD3599) (NAPRO) (BO-11-018.02-054)

The government has an interest in knowing whether large-scale development of offshore wind energy in three newly appointed areas can be combined with other uses such as mussel farming. The question will be answered studied by studying abiotic and biotic boundary condontions at these locations, updating mussel occurrence and development on buoys in these areas, advicing on the best growing system to be used as a building block for the economic analysis, review economic feasibility of mussel farming in offshore wind farms including synergy with wind energy production, extra costs, SWOT analysis and critical success factors.
