Microfluidic-Microcoil NMR Hyphenation for Molecular Identification and Quantification

    Project: NWO project

    Project Details

    Description

Identification and quantification of unknown compounds now requires time-consuming separations and access to high-end NMR equipment. Miniaturization of both separation and NMR microcoils would allow for more rapid identification and quantification of unknowns in complex mixtures. Miniaturization of NME would have the additional advantage that with low cost and significant increase in mass sensitivity can be achieved.
