Description
What are possible legally binding instruments for implementing food sustainability measures in the Netherlands? In this report we provide an exploratory insight, a panorama, to outline the legal (im)possibilities in implementing sustainability measures in the Netherlands.
The study contains an overview of different types of measures that can contribute to sustainability, drawn up on the basis of literature and comparative law research.
Given the broad scope of this assignment, this report is only a first step in identifying the legal possibilities. Further research should explore the issues raised in more depth from a legal, scientific and policy perspective.
