Description
The Ramsar Convention aims to conserve wetlands of international importance. The Ramsar Convention obliges the contracting parties to draft a national report every 3 years. The 12th national report will be completed in 2014 and is input for the Conference of the contracting Parties (COP12), to be held in Uruguay in 2015.
