KD-2021-111_Van middelsturing naar doelsturing (BO-43-111-059)

The objective of this task is to develop a vision on how to transform policies into more goal oriented policies. It should provide guidance for the Ministry on how to proceed and should provide a clear perspective for farmers on future governmental policies. A clear definition of roles and responsibilities between the government and the private sector will ensure better accountability. The project should also investigate digital infrastructures.
