Description
It is generally assumed that the high costs for the sale of manure are a strong incentive for fraud. Agricultural entrepreneurs complain that fraud causes an uneven playing field in favour of the frauds. The Dutch Ministry of Economic Affairs therefore is looking for intervention options to keep the costs for the sale of manure as low as possible in order that incentives for fraud are taken away as much as possible.
