Integrale aanpak mest-, ammoniak- en klimaatbeleid (BO-43-101-007)

Nutrient management related measures and initiatives that are proposed or implemented within specific directives can have positive (synergy) or negative (trade-off) consequences for the achievement of goals in related policy areas and directives. For instance, the dilution of liquid manure can reduce ammonia emissions, but in the meantime also exacerbate nitrogen losses through denitrification and leaching processes. The aim of the project 'Integrale aanpak mest-, ammoniak- en klimaatbeleid' is to map out these synergies and trade-offs and to provide means or a framework for policy makers to value them.
