Description
Innovation is crucial in societal challenges such as increasing food security and making food production more sustainable. The two year research project ‘Innovation and up scaling in practice’ broadens the perspective on innovation by zooming in on how novel practices spread or multiply: how innovations scale? This question will be studied through case study research and reflective action monitoring involving stakeholders in concrete innovation processes in Denmark, Kenya and Benin. The results will be shared with the wide targetgroup through a Special issue Syscope magazine on Innovations going to Scale. Furthermore this project will result in a policybrief on lessons learnt on innovation in the Agro&Food sector going to scale .
