For the international reporting knowledge, information and data is required from various sources. As the reports  need to be published on a regular basis (varying from every year to every 6 years), it is important that reports and their underlying sources of information need to be managed in a consistent way. In this way previous reports can be consulted any time.

It is also important that the reporting is carefully planned, in such a way that all the required information and data is collected in time. The workflow is supported by all kind of technical facilities as web portals, reporting tools, knowledge and information systems, and databases. The Ministry of Agriculture, Nature and Food Quality is obliged to conform to the requirements of European Commission, concerning geographic data based on the EU Inspire directive.
