In this project, the policy for information management is shaped and the intended collaboration within the team regarding information management and the vision on the information structure is elaborated.

The most important bottlenecks surrounding information management are identified and described and, where possible, provided with concrete solutions. Aspects of this are written reporting, developing and embedding tools to better streamline the processes surrounding the information need and information availability and partly further shaping the cooperation in the WOT team and promoting the natural deployment of the information manager in projects where professional information management is necessary.
