Description

This study aims to explain the differences in the extent to which collective learning takes place in primary schools. The study aims to explain the differences by zooming in on characteristics of the school leader (attitude - learning motivation, mindset, self-efficacy, knowledge - training, work experience, skills - which interventions does someone implement / elements of the iceberg model from competency literature) and on the characteristics of the teams (composition/samenstelling, size, diversity regarding functions, educational background, age, motivation)?
