Description
Building expertise on environmental law in rural areas in the triangle of Wageningen University, DLO and PBL/WOt. Rural environmental law is currently in transition and in need of law analysis and legal innovation. New law finding techniques need to strike a balance of ecosystem services beneficial to sustainable multifunctional land use.
Deliverables: publications, knowledge dissemination, first drafts of manuscripts for lawbook(s).
