Description
The project is part of the EU project Spiced. This project aims at the
development of analytical techniques for detection of intentional biological
and chemical contaminations (fraud/terrorism). The RIKILT part concerns the
development of chemical assessments for broad anomaly testing of spices and
herbs based on mass spectrometry. Furthermore, chain analyses are carried out
in order to determine the most critical points in the chain.
