Entrepeneurial L&I ; casus ISM-Oost Europa tm 2013 (KB-16-002.05-008)

The project aims to give insight into the development paths of dairy farmers in Eastern European countries and its influencing factors. Besides this it will give insight into the effects of an interactive learning method (ISM – interactive strategic management) on the capacities of farmers with regard to strategic management and entrepreneurship. The project delivers input in the project Entrepreneurial learning and Innovation. The central question in this project is whether interactive approaches with (agricultural) entrepreneurs and other stakeholders which are developed in the Netherlands and which have (more or less) proven to be successful, also are useful in other countries with another culture and context.
