Duurzame voedselproductie en food safety (BO-20-011-036)

This project aims to fulfill the need to bring the academic knowledge of WageningenUR to agrischools that train students and course participants. This is done in consultation with the education world. In this BOGO project Sustainable en safe food production WUR researchers contributed to the developed curricula by delivering the state of the art academic information concerning food safety. For the knowlegde transfer to MBO students we used the web quest form and web clips. Students have to give an advice to an imaginary request, related to food safety. By using the web clips and links to selected web sites, given by the web quest, they get the relevant information and make an advice as a final product. An presentation of the acquired knowledge by the students is included in the web quests.
