Doorontwikkeling methode Natuurkwaliteit NNN (monitoring) (BO-11-019.01-033, BO-11-011.01-077)

Provinces and site managers can use the "Method Monitoring and Assessment Nature Network and Natura 2000 / PAS’ as a uniform method for monitoring and assessment of the quality of nature. However, the assessment is new and not all areas of the method are equally well developed. Moreover, the method is designed specifically for assessing the quality at site level. BIJ12 and the provinces want the assessment at site level to be a first step towards a review at provincial and national level. What is the meaning of nature quality in each site as the final verdict will depend on the size of the area and the degree of completeness of the available data? Is it still possible to scale the data at the provincial level and then to national level? This project is analysing the method to make it less dependent on the size of the area and data completeness.
