Project Details
Description
Plant scientists and breeders require high quality phenotypic datasets. In this thesis, multi-view 2D and 3D computer vision principles are explored to develop methods that can be used to obtain these phenotypic datasets for complex plant traits, using cucumber plant architecture as a use case.
