To design and optimize a food supply chain network with characteristics of environmentally sustainable, economically sustainable, and nutritionally safe, adequate, and healthy for the researched areas or researched groups. Investigate some typical cases, test what-if scenarios, to explore the impact of implemented strategies and demand changes on the food supply chain network as well as on the sustainability perspective
