Description
At Wageningen University & Research, various educational programme innovations have been started. Some of these innovations concern the design and implementation of learning trajectories for the development of various skills (such as presenting, writing, collaborating), especially in the BSc phase. In this postdoc project, the design and effects of these learning trajectories will be studied. Specific objectives of the project are:
• Systematic literature review on design choices and success and risk factors of such skills learning trajectories
• Analysis of skills learning trajectories at WUR in terms of design choices and success and risk factors
• Analysis of (perceived) effects on students’ skills development of these learning trajectories and effects on teachers and educational programmes
