Data and valorisation platform (KB-25-006-004)

Wageningen University and Research possesses numerous databases. E.g. on urban greenspace, recreation, water, soils and climate issues. In addition, national, European and worldwide databases exist. These all are applicable under different circumstances and following different processes and procedures. They can be used to help stakeholders in urban regions solve metropolitan problems and answer their policy questions and make choices. Four test locations are selected. On the basis of experience with valorisation of existing data, we develop a business model for data use in solving urban problems.
