Project Details
Description
The increasing concentration of people in metropolitan environments means that social and environmental demands for living and working are under pressure. There is a need for innovative research on how metropolitan nature and local food systems can improve the health, welfare and wellbeing of people. Climate change will impact the functioning of cities as safe heaven and shelter against natural disasters. Cities provide an environment for creativity and for innovative solutions.
A dashboard focussing on impact of climate change and resources on metropolitan food sufficiency and liveability delivers insights and focus to stakeholders
