Description
Regional ambassadors of the Ministry of Economic Affairs assist and support regional actors related to regional economic development. The aim of the project is to develop and test instruments and methods that are useful to strengthen the regional economic strategies, in order to speed up regional innovation. Several pilots are carried out to set-up the methods, to test and discuss the results. Test area has been the North-West of the Netherlands. The pilots have resulted in new economic information and in establishing and strengthening collaboration to foster regional innovation and economic growth.
