Collective action in cross-sectorale innovaties (KB-16-002.04-003)

In innovation projects, often new partnerships develop (collective action). In the biobased economy for instance, between farmers and chemical industry. Or urban farming, between government, citizens, local organisations and (urban) farmers. In traditional agriculture, NGO's, government, retail and sector are making covenants to improve sustainability (animal welfare). DLO is often involved in such innovation projects, sometimes also in the establishment of new partnerships. This project develops knowledge and tools for research organisations to support collective action more effetively, in cooperation with KBII. the project is based on casestudies, projects in which collective action is happening and with an active participation of DLO.
