Climate Smart Forestry - Long term impacts of climate change on European forests, its forest management adaptation and subsequent wood supply from European forests

This project aims to provide a quantitative description of forest regeneration as a function of local site conditions and forest management. This should ultimately enable realistic forecasts for forest resources across Europe and identify appropriate forest management strategies under climate change conditions.
