Description

Entrepreneurs often encounter problems in legislation and regulations that impede them to fulfil the desired role in protecting biodiversity and nature effectively. The concept Botsende Belangen (Conflicting Interests) stresses that these limitations for entrepreneurs are real, but that these laws and regulations are not without function. There is a reason for the existence of certain laws and regulations. By making these conflicting interests explicit aims, government aims  identify what obstacles can be taken away means . The Interdepartmental Program ‘Ruimte voor Regels voor Groene Groei ' has the ambition to take away obstacles in legislation and regulations for green entrepreneurs. The project ' Conflicting interests for nature and biodiversity " focuses on identification of barriers experienced by entrepreneurs and land owning organizations in the protection of nature and biodiversity.
