Add Q4 Capacity development design phase 1 (BO-43-003.01-023)

Seed and vegetable sector development professionals are in need of knowledge and skills to improve the efficacy of their work. This report presents the findings and derived recommendations from multiple research activities which sought to determine the form, function and rationale for a potential online platform for learning on seed and vegetable sector development, as well as potential content for that platform.
