Description

The Dutch government likes to have insight in the positive and negative impact of the food. Existing methods and analysis focus on the negative aspects of food. With the developed new method positive and negative impacts on environment,  economy and social asprects of food can be calculated. This method is applied to four agricultural products: potatoes, fresh green beans, milk and ground beef.
