Project Details
Description
Grazing is seen as a measure to control ammonia emissions. The current emission factor has a large uncertainty. A better estimation of the emissions from grazing is needed to calculate national and regional emissions and to underpin further measures to control ammonia emissions. Experiments will be carried out to estimate emissions taking into account different field situations (weather and soils) and urine characteristics.
