Research interests

I have a profound interest in the authentication, provenance and integrity of food, and believe that food which are produced in a traditional, sustainable manner carries a priceless story and tradition that should be appreciated and protected from fraud and mislabelling. I also strive to continually contribute towards bridging the gap of knowledge between the industry, the consumer and science.
