Research interests
Cecilia Zagaria is a PostDoc Researcher in the Farm Systems Ecology Group. Her current research focuses on developing a new monitoring and evaluation framework for agroecological innovations in Europe as part of the Horizon-Europe Agroecology-TRANSECT project. As part of her Ph.D. research undertaken at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, Cecilia assessed drivers and impacts of agricultural land use change throughout the Mediterranean, combining participatory approaches and spatial agent-based modelling.
