sequencing data for Lactuca virosa assembly and annotation

The project deposits the raw reads of the Illumina, PacBio, and Hi-C whole-genome sequences as well as RNA sequencing data for genome assembly and annotation. The collection and sequencing of CGN04683 were developed within the framework of the TKI project, entitled ‘International Lactuca Genomics Consortium (ILGC)’ (Project number:1406-039).
