Description
Eggs and juveniles of NWE-Mc31 from Meloidogyne chitwoodi were collected and total RNA was isolated as described in the sample collection protocol. The quality of both RNA isolations was RIN 10 (RNA Integrity Number). mRNA sequences were generated using the TruSeq RNA stranded polyA protocol of Useq (Utrecht Sequencing Facility, Utrecht, The Netherlands.
