Description
Chemostats were run with wt P. putida KT2440 and air in the gas phase. After 4 days a steady state was reached, samples for RNA-seq were taken and the gas phase was changed to a mixture of 95% N2 + 5% O2. After 4 days a new steady state was reached, samples for RNA-seq were taken, and the gas phase was changed to a mixture of 98% N2+ 2% O2. After 4 days a new steady state was reached, samples for RNA-seq were taken and the gas phase was changed to air. After 5 days and the establishment of a new steady state, samples for RNA-seq were taken.
