1. Lotus database in SQLite format

2. RetroRules formatted data (loose, medium, and strict datasets) 

3. EC-pfam IDs map

4. RNA-seq expression matrix (normalized) from Jeon et al. 2020

5. Jeon_bacterial.sqlite (output of gene-metabolite correlations, calculated edge-scores and functional clusters for Bacterial samples)

6. Jeon_Fungal.sqlite (output of gene-metabolite correlations, calculated edge-scores and functional clusters for Fungal samples)
