Liquid-Suspendable Metabolic Sensors Allow Real-Time Oxygen Consumption Monitoring in Caco-2 and Colon Organoid-Based Gut- on-a-Chip Models

Dataset

Description

This dataset contains all raw fluorescence and processed oxygen consumption data underlying the figures presented in the manuscript:

“Liquid-Suspendable Metabolic Sensors Allow Real-Time Oxygen Consumption Monitoring in Caco-2 and Colon Organoid-Based Gut-on-a-Chip Models.”

The data were generated using liquid-suspendable metabolic oxygen sensors to monitor time-resolved oxygen consumption in a commercially available microfluidic gut-on-a-chip platform. Measurements were performed in empty chips, Caco-2 epithelial tubules, and adult stem-cell–derived colon organoid models under basal conditions and during mitochondrial stress testing using oligomycin, FCCP, and antimycin A/rotenone.
