Datafiles for the manuscript “Understanding the effects of organic versus conventional farming on soil organic carbon characteristics – a chronosequence study”. This is the underlying data from field soil sampling and farmer interviews of arable study fields in the Netherlands, on sandy and clay soils and under organic or conventional management. Measurement details are provided in the manuscript.
