Description
With this project, the development and implementation of an interdisciplinary and client-accessible youth health record system for preventive youth health care and youth social work has been evaluated. The evaluation exists of two parts: first, a process evaluation, to assess whether the system has been developed and implemented as intended. second, an effect evaluation, to measure the effect of the use of this system on interdisciplinary collaboration and on experienced autonomy among parents and youths.
